в структурі кінцевого споживання на користь аграріїв, що повинно стати пріоритетом розвитку агроекономічних систем та сприятиме національній безпеці. |
| Описание: | The article examines the need of the introduction of a balanced and systematic approach to the development and realization government agricultural policy priorities aimed at protecting the domestic market through mechanisms that appropriate international principles and standards. Determined directions of forming competitive, export-oriented agricultural production through efficient use of land, labor, intellectual, material and financial resources, innovation, increased productivity and quality of productsand creating favorable conditions to attract public and private investment in agriculture of Ukraine that will promote agricultural safety in the country.
Objective need to identify priorities for the development of the agricultural sector in a market economy caused by unique features that are inherent the industry, its place and importance in ensuring the national security of the country and society. In the article it is proved that the negative effects of instability internal and external environment have a significant effect on the parameters of agricultural production. Challenges to be much more complex crises that periodically arise in the development of national and world economy. This requires deeper research to enhance the role of the state in regulating the development of agro economic system to prevent and avoid possible threats to promote the sustainable development agriculture in the long term.
The author argues that during the years of reforms in Ukraine failed to significantly increase the efficiency of agricultural production, to make technological upgrading and implement an innovative model of the industry. Management decisions of the state in agricultural production, as the domestic practice of recent years is not consistent and effective, which ultimately can not achieve the desired financial and economic performance of the industry and satisfy fully the demands of society. This condition is caused by rapid variability of the environment, the lack of practical experience making decisions in market conditions of insufficient scientific support and evidence that an integrated system of agricultural safety in Ukraine is not yet formed. |
