| Аннотация: | Проведено оцінку ефективності солікоксу і 25 %-ої настоянки воскової молі за спонтанної еймеріозної інвазії курей та визначено їх вплив на морфологічні та біохімічні показники крові. Встановлено, що солікокс разом з 25 %-ою настоянкою воскової молі мали імуномодулюючу дію, ефективність комплексної терапії склала 100 %, а динаміка морфологічних та біохімічних показників крові відновились до фізіологічних показників. |
| Описание: | Eimeriosis is a group of the most common diseases that affects poultry and leads to the large economical losses worldwide. Diseases are caused by coccidia of the genus Eimeria. The wide spread of the disease is primarily due to the high resistance of the pathogen in the environment and to its fast reproductive capacity. Eimeriosis cause digestive disorders, intoxication, reduce resistance to the infectious and invasive diseases. Species composition of intestinal Eimeria is significantly different in different corners of the globe. However, one of the permanent species that is found in different countries is E.stiedae.
Research revealed the therapeutic effectiveness of solikoks and of the wax moth and their influence on the morphological and biochemical blood indices during the spontaneous invasion of Eimeria. Wax moth larvae tincture is a medicine the active substance of which is a digestive enzyme(ferment) - ceraza.
In the blood of the diseased chicken the erythrocytopenia, neutropenia, monocytopenia were marked, that indicated on the immunosuppressive activity of pathogens. The research results showed that the combined effect of the preparations on the chicken’s organisms, after they were liberated from the pathogens of eymerioz, led to the normalization of the morphological parameters of blood, because a 25% wax moth larvae tincture has a stimulating, antioxidant, detoxification effects that can be recommended for the complex treatment regimens during the invasive diseases.
Was noted. that diseased birds, in relation to the control group, had the increased level of some biochemical indices such as albumin, total bilirubin, creatinine, AST, which however did not exceed the norm limit. The research results showed that, according to the effectiveness of combined therapy that reached 100 %, the dynamics of blood biochemical indices recovered to physiological parameters. |
