Ефективність використання земельних ресурсів для забезпечення продовольчих потреб населення

Abstract

У статті розкрито значення земельних ресурсів для розвитку суспільства, його продуктивних сил. Досліджено основні тенденції використання, відтворення та охорони земель сільськогосподарського призначення для забезпечення продовольчої безпеки. Встановлено, що продовольча безпека на всіх етапах розвитку суспільства була і залишається однією з найважливіших проблем розвитку аграрного сектора економіки. Доведено, що без надійного і стабільного розвитку продовольчого комплексу і повного забезпечення всіма продуктами споживання будь яке суспільство існувати не може. Вивчено сучасний стан використання сільськогосподарських земель та ефективність виробництва продовольства. Розглянуто питання впливу сучасних методів господарювання на стан продовольчої безпеки. Досліджено можливості нарощування сільськогосподарського виробництва в аграрному секторі економіки для забезпечення потреб населення продовольством.

Introduction. Reform of the agricultural sector has created opportunities to increase the number of land users, increasing the use of land and increase production. However, the extent of agricultural land use in many enterprises are still rather low, requiring both theoreticians and practitioners to accelerate the forces that orient to withdraw from the situation. Circumstances environmental and energy of character, combined with market conditions demand higher dynamic rotation, narrowing their specialization optimize the structure of sown areas and significant investment of capital in land resources. For efficient operation and production of competitive products for their own security and the formation of export consignments of goods producers should be introduced in the production of innovative technologies and attract investment funds. Currently, the flow of investment capital in the agricultural sector of Ukraine's economy is characterized by a very low dynamics, although the potential of land resources is much higher compared with the potential of most European. Relevance is the question of improving the efficiency of land use to meet the needs of people with food. Results. We found that food safety at all stages of social development has been and remains one of the major problems of civilized society. This is a problem of national life support of all segments of population. Without proper and sustainable development of the food sector and ensure complete consumption of all products no society can not exist. The fundamental basis for the solution of national food security and food independence is sustainable development of the agricultural sector and the constant increase production of agricultural products and foodstuffs. However, it should be noted that during the years of social and economic transformation and ongoing market transformation, the production of agricultural products and foodstuffs does not match the available resource capacity. Conclusions. The study found that the importance of a stable production capacity and creating food abundance will increase productivity and use of agro- resource potential. First, it is necessary to increase the efficiency of land resources. Land resources are the basis of the economic activities of agricultural enterprises. Their effective use in the contemporary economy should be based on the following principles as the equality of all forms of land ownership, land use chargeable, the targeted , efficient and ecological land use. Only during these conditions is the ability to ensure food security and the formation of parties in export of agricultural products.
