Історія створення доїльних апаратів

Abstract

У статті розглянуто і систематизовано основні етапи розвитку доїльного обладнання для великої рогатої худоби та наведено перші способи механізованого доїння. Особливу увагу приділено розробленим доїльним апаратам вітчизняних та закордонних винахідників, які підтверджені авторськими свідоцтвами. Представлено ряд сучасних провідних виробників, які розробляють і виготовляють роботизовані доїльні системи. Метою даного дослідження є виявлення тенденцій розвитку та особливостей будови вітчизняного і зарубіжного доїльного обладнання. Завданнями статті є те, щоб зацікавити, звернути увагу на проблеми з питань становлення та розвитку механізації доїння корів. Методологічною основою дослідження є загальні принципи об’єктивності, історизму, які передбачають об’єктивний опис і аналіз подій на основі науково-критичного використання різноманітних джерел.

The article considers and systematizes the main steps in development of the cattle milking equipment, describing the initial ways and means of machine milking and focusing on the equipment devised by both domestic and foreign inventors and protected by patents. A number of present-day leading producers specializing in development and manufacturing of robotized milking systems have been herewith presented. The livestock production has always been essential for the country food security. Therefore, in Ukraine the problem of main livestock products, including milk, has always been relevant. The social significance of milk and dairy products sets the duty of the state to provide them physical and economic accessibility. Dairy cattle breeding is currently one of the main and most difficult branches of livestock. Without the further intensification it's very difficult to satisfy the food needs of the population. So, the main task of any Ukrainian dairy region is to increase animal productivity and get high-quality dairy products. This study purpose is identifying domestic and foreign milking equipment trends and structural features. The objectives of the article is to motivate, to pay attention to the problems of mechanization milking cows formation and development. Methodological basis of the study are the general principles of objectivity, historicism, which provide an objective description and analysis of events on the scientific and critical use of various sources basis. While doing the work the problem-chronological and comparative historical methods were used. This paper reviewed and systematized main stages of milking equipment for cattle and described the first mechanized milking methods. Special attention was paid to developed by domestic and foreign inventors milking machines that are verified by copyright certificates. Past experience shows that the creation and implementation of more technological milking equipment, which was developed by inventors, was intended to increase productivity of dairy industries, providing a more comfortable animal welfare, improving the animals’ physiological state in carrying out process. In recent years, we can watch the complete automation tendency of virtually the entire equipment spectrum to perform technological processes on dairy farms. The development and testing of such technologies started at the end of the last century and is based on the milking robots use on dairy farms. When used in the dairy production automated and further development of robotic individual milking animals processes (and in physically heavy for a man) achieved significant relief and improve the conditions of workers, making milking machine operator profession more attractive to young professionals.

В статье рассмотрено и систематизировано основные этапы развития доильного оборудования для большого рогатого скота и приведены первые способы механизированного доения. Особое внимание уделено разработанным доильным аппаратам отечественных и заграничных изобретателей, которые подтверждены авторскими свидетельствами. Представлен ряд современных ведущих производителей, которые разрабатывают и изготовляют роботизированные доильные системы. Целью данного исследования есть выявления тенденций развития и особенностей строения отечественного и зарубежного доильного оборудования. Задачами статьи является то, чтобы заинтересовать, обратить внимание на проблемы по вопросам становления и развития механизации доения коров. Методологической основой исследования являются общие принципы объективности, историзма, которые предусматривают объективное описание и анализ событий на основе научно-критического использования разнообразных источников.
