Генетико-популяційні прийоми розведення тварин

Abstract

У навчальному посібнику викладено історію розвитку популяційної генетики та основні її поняття: структура популяції, зміни в генетичній структурі, успадкування кількісних ознак, відбір, вплив способів розмноження тварин на генетичну структуру популяції, популяційногенетичні принципи великомасштабної селекції, стада і породи як популяції с.-г. тварин. Крім того, наведено методи розрахунку основних генетико-популяційних параметрів: визначення частоти фенотипів, генотипів та алелів популяції, оцінка генетичної рівноваги популяцій, обчислення ефекту селекції в популяціях с.-г. тварин, дисперсійний аналіз, визначення коефіцієнтів інбридингу та генетичної подібності, визначення ефекту гетерозису.

The schoolbook outlines the history of the development of population genetics and its main concepts: population structure, changes in genetic structure, inheritance of quantitative traits, selection, the influence of animal breeding methods on the genetic structure of the population, population genetic principles of large-scale selection, herds and breeds as populations of agricultural animals. In addition, methods for calculating the main genetic and population parameters are presented: determining the frequency of phenotypes, genotypes and alleles of the population, assessing the genetic equilibrium of populations, calculating the selection effect in populations of agricultural animals, analysis of variance, determining the coefficients of inbreeding and genetic similarity, determining the effect of heterosis.
