Інноваційні технології навчання здобувачів закладів вищої освіти управлінню сферою фізичної культури і спорту

Abstract

У статті розкрито вплив інноваційних технологій навчання на якість знань, умінь і навичок під час оволодіння здобувачами освітньою дисципліною управління у сфері фізичної культури і спорту. Упровадження інноваційних технологій у навчальний процес здобувачів з управління фізичною культурою і спортом, викликані необхідністю інтенсифікації пошуку нових засобів підготовки фахівців. Застосування управлінських інновацій у фізичній культурі і спорті дозволить покращити фізкультурно-оздоровчі і спортивні послуги, нормативно-правове регулювання взаємодії суб'єктів, вирішить специфіку підготовки кадрів тощо. Мета статті полягає в обґрунтуванні інноваційних технологій навчання здобувачів закладів вищої освіти управлінню сферою фізичної культури і спорту на різних рівнях державного управління. Встановлено, що засвоєння великого і нового масиву спеціальних знань, умінь та навиків потребує особливої цілеспрямованості і мотивації здобувачів під час навчального процесу. Доведено, що інноваційні технології навчання під час вивчення навчальної дисципліни «Управління у сфері фізичної культури і спорту» сприяють формуванню творчих знань та успішного їх застосування в управлінській діяльності.

The article reveals the impact of innovative learning technologies on the quality of knowledge, skills and abilities during the mastery of students of the educational discipline of management in the field of physical culture and sports. The introduction of innovative technologies for training students in the management of physical culture and sports are caused by the need to intensify the search for new means of training specialists. The application of management innovations in physical culture and sports will allow to improve physical culture, health-promoting and sports services, regulatory and legal regulation of the interaction of subjects, solve the specifics of personnel training, etc. The analysis of scientific and methodical literature shows the lack of innovative technologies in solving the complex justification of the problems of formation of abilities and skills and competences of managerial activity in the field of physical culture and sports among students of higher education institutions. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the innovative technologies of teaching higher education students to manage the field of physical culture and sports at different levels of state administration. It has been established that the assimilation of a large and new array of special knowledge, abilities and skills requires special purposefulness and motivation of the students during the educational process. It has been proven that innovative learning technologies during the study of the educational discipline «Management in the field of physical culture and sports» contribute to the formation of creative knowledge and their successful application in management activities. The conducted pedagogical experiment showed that innovative learning technologies during the study of the educational component «Management in the field of physical culture and sports» contribute to the acquisition of knowledge, skills and management skills in professional activities. The students significantly improved the total indicators of theoretical knowledge, abilities and skills in the field of managerial activity (Р < 0.05), which gives grounds for recommending innovative learning technologies during the study of managerial disciplines in the field of physical culture and sports.
