Abstract

Робота розглядає процес розробки інноваційної стратегії для сільськогосподарського фермерського господарства «Сонячний пагорб». Стратегія спрямована на зміцнення позицій підприємства на ринку та підвищення конкурентоспроможності в умовах сучасного сільськогосподарського господарювання. Робота включає в себе аналіз фінансового стану, розгляд потенціалу підприємства, розробку плану фінансування для вирощування лохини та використання комп'ютерних систем для стратегічного планування інноваційної діяльності.

The work examines the process of developing an innovative strategy for the «Sunny Hill» agricultural farm. The strategy is aimed at strengthening the company's position on the market and increasing competitiveness in the conditions of modern agricultural management. The work includes an analysis of the financial situation, consideration of the potential of the enterprise, development of a financing plan for the cultivation of blueberries and the use of computer systems for strategic planning of innovative activities.
