Розвиток емоційної сфери молодших школярів засобами арт-терапії в умовах війни

Abstract

У роботі висвітлено особливості розвитку емоційної сфери молодших школярів засобами арт-терапії в умовах війни. Проаналізовано існуючі підходи до емоційного розвитку дітей. Об’єкт дослідження – емоційна сфера молодших школярів в умовах війни. Предмет дослідження – вплив арт-терапії на розвиток емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів. Мета роботи полягає у вирішенні комплексу сформованих завдань щодо охарактеризування сутності емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів та впливу арт-терапії на його розвиток, які полягають у: - визначенні сутності емоційної сфери особистості ; - окресленні особливостей емоційного інтелекту молодших школярів; - аналізі впливу війни на розвиток емоційного інтелекту учнів початкової школи; - дослідженні арт-терапії як одного з ефективних методів позитивного впливу на розвиток емоційної сфери молодших школярів; - емпіричному дослідженні емоційного стану молодших школярів відповідно до обраних методик; - формуванні рекомендацій щодо організації психологічної допомоги учням початкової школи у вигляді арт-терапії. Методи дослідження, які найбільш повно допомогли розкрити тему роботи: теоретичні, такі як вивчення та аналіз літературних джерел психолого-педагогічної спрямованості, аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, порівняння, вивчення передового педагогічного досвіду, вивчення наукового українського і світового досвіду, а також емпіричні: бесіда з учнями; спостереження за емоційним станом учнів; анкетування учнів; констатувальний експеримент; крім цього для узагальнення результатів аналізу були засновані класифікація й систематизація. Визначено можливості арт-терапії для розвитку емоційної сфери дітей молодшого шкільного віку. Доведено, що засоби арт-терапії є ефективним засобом розвитку емоційної сфери розвитку молодших школярів. Розроблена програма для розвитку емоційної сфери молодших школярів засобами арт-терапії та рекомендації для педагогів та психологів з метою оптимізації емоційної сфери молодших школярів. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості використання результатів роботи під час поглибленого вивчення курсів: “Психологія”, “Психологія особистості”, для розробки корекційно-розвивальних програм, методичних рекомендацій для батьків та педагогів для підтримки учнів в умовах війни, а також для подальших досліджень впливу арт-терапії на розвиток особистості учнів початкової школи.

The work highlights the features of the development of the emotional sphere of younger schoolchildren by means of art therapy in wartime conditions. Existing approaches to the emotional development of children are analyzed. The object of the study is the emotional sphere of younger schoolchildren in wartime conditions. The subject of the study is the influence of art therapy on the development of emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren. The purpose of the work is to solve a set of tasks to characterize the essence of the emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren and the influence of art therapy on its development, which consist in: - defining the essence of the emotional sphere of the personality; - outlining the features of the emotional intelligence of younger schoolchildren; - analysis of the impact of war on the development of emotional intelligence of primary school students; - study of art therapy as one of the effective methods of positive influence on the development of the emotional sphere of younger schoolchildren; - empirical study of the emotional state of younger schoolchildren in accordance with the selected methods; - formulation of recommendations for organizing psychological assistance to primary school students in the form of art therapy. Research methods that most fully helped to reveal the topic of the work: theoretical, such as the study and analysis of literary sources of a psychological and pedagogical orientation, analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, study of advanced pedagogical experience, study of scientific Ukrainian and world experience, as well as empirical: conversation with students; observation of the emotional state of students; student questionnaires; ascertaining experiment; in addition, to generalize the results of the analysis, classification and systematization were established. The possibilities of art therapy for the development of the emotional sphere of primary school children were determined. It has been proven that art therapy is an effective means of developing the emotional sphere of development of younger schoolchildren. A program has been developed for the development of the emotional sphere of younger schoolchildren using art therapy and recommendations for teachers and psychologists to optimize the emotional sphere of younger schoolchildren. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of using the results of the work during in-depth study of the courses: “Psychology”, “Personality Psychology”, for the development of correctional and developmental programs, methodological recommendations for parents and teachers to support students in war conditions, as well as for further research into the impact of art therapy on the development of the personality of primary school students.
